Remote files and delivery
“Command executed” is not a complete deliverable. Connect inputs, execution evidence and artifact paths so people can review and reuse results.
Prepare inputs
Inspect the destination with file stat/list, then upload explicit paths:
anytty file upload workstation ./input.json /srv/project/input.json --json
Check transfer success before starting a dependent task. Use established secure configuration channels for secrets rather than printing them into terminal history.
Define outputs
Write artifacts to explicit locations such as /srv/project/results/run-001/report.json. Use per-run directories to preserve previous results. After exit-code inspection, stat the expected file.
Download and validate
anytty file download workstation \
/srv/project/results/run-001/report.json ./report.json --json
Transfer verification establishes content integrity, not business correctness. Parse JSON, inspect test failures or validate build artifacts according to the project.
App previews help inspect supported text/images, but truncated previews cannot replace full validation.

| Remote artifact | /srv/project/results/run-001/report.json |
| Local artifact | Actual downloaded path |
| Outstanding work | Failures, running services or manual checks |
Link to genuinely downloaded local files, not remote paths presented as local links. Confirm artifacts are no longer needed before removing remote copies.
